C语言filelength()函数:统计由open()函数所打开的文件的字节数

函数名：filelength

函数原型： int filelength(int handle);

功能：统计由open()函数所打开的文件的字节数

参数： int handle  为要统计的文件句柄

返回值： 返回打开文件的长度

程序例：使用open函数打开文件，并且统计文件的字节数
